Do you offer test rides?
Test rides are available at our physical store locations. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Can I customize my bike order?
We offer various levels of customization on select models, including component upgrades and personalized finishes. Please see our customization options or contact us for more details.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the bike is in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please keep in mind bikes, frames, accessories, and components tagged as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Please see our full return policy for details and any exceptions.
Do you have physical store locations?
Yes, we have stores in Denver, CO, Solana Beach, CA, Houston, TX, and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Do you have this bike in stock?
If you choose the color and size and it lets you add it to the cart, we do have it available in our stores or warehouse. Our inventory is 100% accurate on our website. If you do not see it available, please request to chat with an Epic Pro as we might be able to do a custom order for you.
What components are included with the bike (e.g., gears, brakes)?
The specific components are listed on each bike's product page under the specifications section. None of our bikes include pedals.
Do you offer electric bikes?
Yes, we have a selection of high-end electric bikes designed for various riding styles. Please see our e-bike category for available models.
Are there any warranties on the bikes and components?
Our frames typically come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Component warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Please see our warranty policy for complete details.

Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping costs?
We have a $124.99 flat fee for analog bikes and a $149.99 flat fee for E-Bikes. Both include our high-quality shipping boxes as well as our Epic Pro Assembly.
What is the Epic Pro Assembly?
This service guarantees meticulous bike assembly and repackaging by our certified Epic Pro technicians. For road bikes above $5,000, you will receive our Ready to Ride box, which means once you receive the bike you only need to install the front wheel and seat post. For bikes below $5,000, you will need to finish the handlebar installation, install the front wheel, and the seat post. For the MTBs, you will need to finish the handlebar installation and install the front wheel.
How long does shipping typically take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.
How will my bike be packaged for shipping?
Your bike will be professionally packaged in a sturdy, bike-specific box with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
Some minor assembly is typically required, such as attaching the handlebars, front wheel, and seat post.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about faster delivery options.
