A Service Manager evaluates the frame, components, and overall condition.

We evaluate its market value, condition, component wear, and any service required before resale.

Accept the offer and apply the full trade-in value toward the purchase of your new bike.
DOES YOUR BIKE QUALIFY?
To be considered for the Epic Cycles Trade-In Program, your bike must:
1. Be a 2022 model year or newer.
2. Be from a brand and model with active resale demand.
3. Have a structurally sound frame.
4. Be in safe, working, and resalable condition.
5. Be brought to an Epic Cycles store for final inspection.
6. Be traded toward the purchase of a new bike from Epic Cycles.

Every trade-in evaluation begins with Bicycle Blue Book. This gives us an independent market reference based on your bike’s brand, model, year, and condition. Our team then completes an in-store inspection and considers:
1. Frame condition.
2. Drivetrain and shifting performance.
3. Chain and cassette wear.
4. Brakes, wheels, and tires.
5. Components that may require service or replacement.
6. Current market demand for the brand and model.
We’ll explain the evaluation and any condition-related adjustments before you decide whether to move forward.
The final offer is confirmed only after your bike has completed its in-store inspection.
