The Specialized Torch 1.0 Road Shoes bring Body Geometry fit and road cycling performance into an accessible, versatile design for training, endurance rides and everyday road use.

A lightweight BOA L6 Fit System provides quick micro-adjustment, while the synthetic upper creates a comfortable and supportive fit around the foot.

Body Geometry & Nylon Composite Sole

Specialized's Body Geometry sole construction and footbed are ergonomically designed to support efficient hip, knee and foot alignment while pedaling.

The injection-molded nylon composite outsole has a Stiffness Index of 6.0, balancing efficient power transfer with enough flexibility for comfortable everyday riding.

BOA L6 Fit System

A single BOA L6 dial provides simple, precise fit adjustment and can be fine-tuned while riding.

Reflective heel elements help increase visibility in low-light conditions, while the standard 3-bolt cleat pattern is compatible with major road pedal systems.

Approximate weight is 290g per shoe in size 42.

What cleats are compatible with the Specialized Torch 1.0?

The Torch 1.0 uses a standard 3-bolt road cleat pattern compatible with major road pedal systems such as Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO.

Does the Torch 1.0 use a BOA closure?

Yes. It uses a single BOA L6 Fit System for micro-adjustable fit control.

Is the Specialized Torch 1.0 suitable for beginner road cyclists?

Yes. Its combination of Body Geometry fit, moderate sole stiffness and BOA adjustment makes it a versatile option for riders looking for a comfortable road cycling shoe.
