30 Day Return Policy

Epic Cycles will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Note some items are non-refundable.

- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are not eligible for return).

- We can offer refunds only on certain situations. Contact us on orders@epic-cycles.com if you feel your situation applies for a refund.

- Items on SALE are not refundable.

- Bicycles may be returned for store credit only or exchanged (re-stocking fee may apply).

- No returns on “Pre-Order” or Special Order items.

- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card. 

- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used if possible. If it's not possible, we'll refund as Gift Card or Store Credit.

- Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Options

We provide shipping options for the majority of apparel and accessories, typically within 3 to 5 business days. In the case of bikes, we offer ground shipping with the Epic Pro Assembly package included.

What does our Epic Pro Assembly mean? The bike will be built, tuned up, and expertly packaged. The only items you will need to finalize installation are the handlebar, seatpost, and front wheel. Please keep in mind some tools are necessary in order to finalize this.

It's important to note that, at present, we do not offer shipping services outside the 50 U.S. states. If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

ENHANCED WALKABILITYThe slim profile cleat and rubber texture create enhanced stability when walking in your road shoes off the bike.

AERODYNAMIC PROFILESPEEDPLAY AERO road bike clip-in and Standard Tension Cleat form an elegant and seamless integration that creates an aerodynamic profile. Not only is this a sleek look on the bike, but the decreased drag makes higher speeds easier to hit.

UNBEATABLE STACK HEIGHT: Best-in-class stack height of the SPEEDPLAY bike pedal decreases the amount of material between your shoe and spindle. This provides a solid connection for a more fluid transfer of power with every pedal stroke.

3-AXIS CLEAT ADJUSTABILITY: The Standard Tension Cleat can be positioned on the bottom of the shoe and adjusted fore-aft, left-right and rotationally, allowing between 0-15 degrees of float.

OPTIMIZED BIOMECHANICS: The 3-axis adjustability and slim stack height of the SPEEDPLAY Advanced Bike Pedal System allows the rider to customize their fit on the bike with the largest range of optionality. The lower stack height can allow for increased power transfer and a decreased saddle height, which results in reduced drag.

ROTATIONAL FREE FLOAT: SPEEDPLAY pedals allow up to 15 degrees of float, allowing the heel to pivot around the center of the pedal. This range of motion in the foot, lower leg and knee increases comfort and enhances pedal efficiency.

SUPERIOR CORNERING CLEARANCE: The slim profile of the SPEEDPLAY Advanced Pedal System allows for the greatest degree of lean on the bike when riding tight corners. Pedal with confidence knowing your pedal won't strike the ground, and leave the competition in the dust.

STANDARD TENSION CLEAT INCLUDED: SPEEDPLAY AERO pedals include a set of Standard Tension Cleats and cleat surrounds for the most aerodynamic profile & walkable system.

EASY TENSION CLEAT COMPATIBLE: SPEEDPLAY Advanced Pedal System has cross cleat compatibility. Purchase the Easy Tension Cleat, sold separately, for less resistance when unclipping.
