30 Day Return Policy

Epic Cycles will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Note some items are non-refundable.

- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are not eligible for return).

- If you choose "Epic Ready To Ride" shipping method, your items are not refundable. We can offer refunds only on certain situations. Contact us on orders@epic-cycles.com if you feel your situation applies for a refund.

- Items on sale are not refundable.

- Bicycles may be returned for store credit only or exchanged (re-stocking fee may apply).

- No returns on “Pre-Order” or Special Order items.

- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card. 

- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used if possible. If it's not possible, we'll refund as Gift Card or Store Credit.

- Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Options

We provide shipping options for the majority of apparel and accessories, typically within 3 to 5 business days. In the case of bikes, we offer Economy, Standard, and Express Shipping, each available with or without Epic Pro Assembly.

What does our Epic Pro Assembly mean? The bike will be built, tuned up, and expertly packaged. The only items you will need to finalize installation are the handlebar, seatpost, and front wheel. Please keep in mind some tools are necessary in order to finalize this.

It's important to note that, at present, we do not offer shipping services outside the 50 U.S. states. If you have any questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Overview

When it comes to your one-bike collection, we’ve now legitimately pushed the boundaries with the latest Roadmachine 01. Featuring innovative BMC technologies including Stealth Cable Routing, built-in downtube storage, the ICS Carbon Evo Cockpit, and complete with the Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 groupset and 4iiii powermeters, combined with DT Swiss ERC 1100 Dicut wheelset, this Roadmachine 01 TWO build is a veritable rocket.

TECHNOLOGY

Downtube storage with integrated bottle cages: We obsessed every detail of the downtube to optimally integrate internal storage. Inside, there’s a purpose-designed water-repellent pouch for on-ride carry. Neatly sealed under drag-reducing bottle cages.

ICS Carbon Evo Cockpit: Where integration meets highly functional comfort. The next-gen ICS Carbon Evo cockpit has a revised form for better fit, and signature BMC comfort and control. Super lightweight, check. Stiff, check. 8° flare for added control, check.

Integrated rear light: As you encounter traffic, tunnels and changing conditions, you need an ultra-compact, integrated rear light that’s USB chargeable and easily attached/detached from the seatpost.

TCC Endurance: The Roadmachine takes our TCC Endurance vision further with big wheel capabilities, a dropped BB, adapted head tube angle, increased stack, and one of the industry’s smallest rear centers for a responsive ride.
